Success vs. Technical Support
The key is understanding the
difference.
CRM OnTarget provides Success Support which simply means
that we help users find new ways and take new steps to
maximize the potential -- and return on -- their xRM
implementation. If a user calls CRM OnTarget with
an error message or other technical question, we will be
