Q: How long is the commitment if we sign up?
A: We need to earn your business every day and therefore
we have no minimum commitment.

Q: Can we install 3rd party applications like c360 on the
CRM server?
A: As long as the ISV application has been certified by
CRM OnTarget engineering to as compatible with multi tenancy in
Dynamics CRM environment.

Q: How do you connect to my Exchange Server?
A: Typically, we connect your hosted CRM server to your
on-premise Exchange Server using security certificates and RPC over
HTTP. We use very similar methods to connect with 3rd party
hosted Exchange environments, however you will most likely
save money by
hosting your CRM and Exchange services with CRM OnTarget.

Q: Do we own our data?
A: 100% yes, and it can be exported from your CRM server
by you at any time. You also own your customizations,
workflow, and any application development you lay on top of the CRM
server.

Q: What if we decide to move in-house?
A: No problem, we'll help you. As long as you are
beyond your first year with us, there is no cancellation penalty.

Q: What about hardware and software if we move in-house?
A: You have the option to purchase your CRM server.
At the time you move in-house, you will need to have legitimate
software licenses for Microsoft Windows 2003 Server (or better),
Microsoft SQL Server 2000 (or better), Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0
(or better) server license and user client access licenses (CALs).
CRM OnTarget will be able to sell you any required licenses to
support your move to an on-premise solution.

Q: How long does it take to get setup?
A: Typically, your CRM server will be available to you
almost immediately. How long
it takes to get customizations in place depends on the customer's
level of preparedness. New customers have 45 days to complete
our Fast Track Statement of Work.

Q: What are the system requirements?
A: For users who install the Microsoft CRM Outlook Client,
they should be running WindowsXP SP2 or Windows Vista (Business or
better) and Office 2003 or 2007.

Q: Is CRM OnTarget a Tier 1 data center?
A: Better than that; we operate Class A+, Tier 2 data centers in
Seattle and Montréal.
