CRM OnTarget was established by TriVenture in 2003 to address the evolving need in the market for CRM software on demand.  Undeterred by the lack of SPLA (Service Provider Licensing Agreement) from Microsoft, the company went to work and made it happen.

Those were the days of Microsoft CRM 1.0, then 1.2, and while we survived, it wasn't always an easy path.

By the end of 2005 we had successfully deployed hosted Microsoft CRM for dozens of clients including some pretty big players like Merrill Lynch, AIG, Roman Meal, even a large division of Microsoft, the Home and Entertainment Group.

By early 2006, CRM OnTarget was a pioneer in the Microsoft Partner community rolling out new SPLA licensing models, building out the backbone of two Microsoft HMC¹ Class A data centers, and providing a balance of services with software to ensure each client succeeds.

Today, CRM OnTarget is the world's leading provider of hosted Microsoft CRM serving clients in the United States, Ireland, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, and users on every continent.
